Shipping Policy

We normally ask for at least 1-5 business days (does not include weekends and holidays) to process an order, as it becomes part of a queue. Occasionally during large sale events, fulfillment time can take longer due to a higher-than-usual order quantity. Delays can also occur on holidays in which staff is not available, and/or the post office is not in service. Please note that preorder items will take longer time on fulfillment. We will state estimated delivery time on product description or you can email us for production update.

Postal Service will take 3-14 days or more on delivery depending on your local postal service. Tracking number provided. International tracking is limited.

Express Service (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) will take 3-8 days on delivery. Tracking number provided. Please factor our order processing time, unexpected delays due to weather and other factors into your delivery ETA.

Shipping cost often depends on three factors: total weight of the order, your location, and the shipping method you choose. We cannot determine that for you until you review shipping options at "View Cart", or proceed to checkout. There, the shipping is calculated by those factors and presented to you before you initiate payment.

Please send a message to us at support@creatiodesign.net,  mention your order number and let us know what you are going to edit. We will handle this for you if the order is not shipped.

Sorry, typically we cannot mark your shipment as "gift" to avoid customs fees. You are responsible for these taxes; we have no control over import taxes that are added by customs in your country.

It's possible to impose tariffs in every country and each country has a different tax rate. We are not responsible on customs associated. Customers bear the shipping costs associated with the return, if the goods were refused because taxes.

Return Policy

Unused item

Every product (except 925 silver product) sold by Creatio Design is warranted with a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please notify us within 15 days of the invoice date, email us at support@creatiodesign.net, mention your purchase email address and order number reference. To be eligible for a return and money back, the product must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. Please be responsible for the shipping and handling costs for returning the item and notify us the tracking number. Original shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Used item

We do not offer refunds on items which are used or sent beyond 30 days (or 40 days if postal service). If 30 days (or 40 days) have gone by since the shipment date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange but will make every effort to solve your problem.

P.S. 925 silver products are not eligible for return or exchange.
