Initiation:
Customers must contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange by providing the order number and the name of the recipient for verification purposes. For defective or damaged items, customers are required to submit video evidence or detailed photographs to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Eligibility:
Products including aluminum laptop stands, backpacks, Bluetooth speakers, and 925 sterling silver iPhone protectors are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Customers will be notified of the refund approval or rejection.
Exchanges:
Exchanges for defective or damaged items will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Customers will be provided with a new tracking number via email.
Shipping Fees:
Initial shipping is complimentary. Customers are responsible for a $15 return shipping fee for free shipping orders, which is non-refundable. Items damaged in transit or that do not match the order specifications are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
